What changed in each DayRecall release. Older versions are on the GitHub releases page.
v1.2.1 — latest
- Accurate Active Time + rebuilt Projects. Idle/lock/sleep no longer erases real activity, and the Dashboard reconciles with Usage. Project detection covers Antigravity, Kiro, Zed, Trae, Fleet, PhpStorm, RubyMine, Android Studio and more, backfills history at startup, and the Projects page adds search, sort and range presets.
- In-app updates. Settings → Updates checks GitHub releases with a banner, toast and tray alert, plus one-click Download & Install.
- DeepMemory, Day Story and live search. Local-only sensors learn from terminal commands, process runs, git commits and workspace files (secrets redacted), with a narrative Day Story view and live topbar search.
- Smaller, reliable installer. Dead-code removal shrinks the MSI to about 72 MB. The installer stops the running tray app first so upgrades don’t fail on locked files.
